Yes, but when the program changes from generating code which conforms to
both the C90 (?) /and/ C99 standards to generating code which conforms
to C99 but /doesn't/ conform to the earlier standard, /and/ compilers
which conform to the latter standard are by no means ubiquitous, surely
this change is worthy of being being mentioned somewhere prominent?
