PrivoxyWindowOpen() popping up all over the place

Look at me bitching to people that I can't run their program because
they use the mysterious PrivoxyWindowOpen() command in their scripts:

Well, it turns out Privoxy must have injected it into their code when
I downloaded it. What tipped me off is I even see it in
http://groups.google.com/groups?th=b85f35db241530fa . Maybe other
privoxy users do too. Anyway I had better turn it off before
PrivoxyWindowOpen() appears in the middle of the text of grandma's
cookie recipe. Privoxy version 3.0.2
