Hey David I was wondering of you could tell me who the original author is of the saying "I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees". I think there is a longer version of the same saying.  If you could tell me who wrote both of them that would be even better.  I looked for it on the internet and all icould find were rappers and politicians who have used that saying
