I have to agree with Luca - I too find the description very opaque.  I
think the problem is that the description says it's a "module" which
implies that it must plug in to something but doesn't specify what the
something is.  If it said "A module for <foo> providing GpgSM and
SCDaemon features" or something it might be clearer.
