If someone elese can make docbook-xml, so be it.  Just too big for me to
handle this issue.  It look like there is some volunteer for
docbook-xml.  I will wait.

debiandoc-sgml is simpler, stable and less buggy. Couple sed and paste
job will finish job for me.
