Possible bug in Tiger rc file, latest package (3.1-8)

Sorry for posting this here. Didn't want to file a bug because I'm not
sure it is one, and this list seemed the best way to reach the
maintainer, short of emailing him directly. Please advise on a better
channel if you think this kind of message shouldn't be posted here.

In file /etc/tiger/tigerrc, lines 152-156:

   Tiger_Embedded_OK_Owners='root|bin|uucp|sys|daemon'
   # If you are using HP-UX or Solaris use the following:
   Tiger_Embedded_OK_Owners='root|bin|uucp|daemon|adm'
   # If you are paranoid use:
   #Tiger_Embedded_OK_Owners=root

It seems the 3rd line above should be commented, like this:

   #Tiger_Embedded_OK_Owners='root|bin|uucp|daemon|adm'

Is this right?
