No, but you're breaking policy. You can't build a package in main and
one in non-free from the same source package; the source package has to
go where the binary package goes.

That's why buildd doesn't have any intelligence built in to avoid this
stuff: since it should be a non-issue anyway.

Please split the -installer package off of the other ones.
