Bug#179070: general: Troublesome pcmcia-modules placement

Woody comes (by default) whit a 2.2.20 kernel, but there is not an
pcmcia-modules-2.2.20* package (except for pcmcia-modules-2.2.20-reiserfs
package). The packages present in woody are pcmcia-modules-2.2.22*, and, to
make it worst, the kernel-image-2.2.22 is not present in woody, but in sarge.
Even worst, sarge includes the pcmcia-modules-2.2.20* packages.
I believe it must be a human mistake, which make troublesome to upgrade the
kernel-images installed in the installation.
