lintian error ?

hi,
i'm going crazy with lintian, when building a package it gives me:

E: apcupsd-devel: duplicate-conffile /etc/apcupsd/hosts.conf

lintian-info 
E: apcupsd-devel: duplicate-conffile /etc/apcupsd/hosts.conf

but my conffiles is as follow:
/etc/logrotate.d/apcupsd-devel
/etc/apcupsd/hosts.conf
/etc/apcupsd/multimon.conf
/etc/apcupsd/apcupsd.conf
/etc/apcupsd/apccontrol
/etc/apcupsd/ups-monitor
/etc/init.d/apcupsd

is something wrong with lintian or is something wrong in me ?
