Unable to upload, why?

I am trying to upload manually a file (the tar.gz prior to the rest,
because accidently the previous package was a debian-native one) but :

christophe@auric:~$ mv xmlto_0.0.12.orig.tar.gz /org/ftp.debian.org/incoming/
mv: cannot create regular file `/org/ftp.debian.org/incoming/xmlto_0.0.12.orig.tar.gz': Read-only file system

christophe@auric:~$ mount
...
/dev/sdc1 on /org type ext2 (rw,errors=remount-ro)


Am I missing something ?
