This does not help much - you cannot control which compiler is used
strongly enough to make unsuccessfull combinations impossible. This
transition will be a pain until it is complete and everyone who tries to
build C++ code makes sure that his system is up-to-date. Till this
happens, we can only control the build by setting Build-Depends on
new gcc-defaults and on precisely choosen dev packages, matching the
c102 versions of every lib package involved.
