With the third parts do you mean the `keep this information up to date'
where `this information' means what is currently broken and needs to
be fixed? 

Because if so feel free to look at daily generated lists such as
http://qa.debian.org/debcheck.php, which is the successor of
http://master.debian.org/~wakkerma/unmet-woody.html which was created
over 3 years ago. Or just run `apt-cache unmet' and get your own
list of broken package relations.
