Mail form cron

     In woody and sarge, the output of commands executed by cron.daily
is mailed to root.  In sarge , this no longer happens.  I used to
believe this was caused by the --report option cron tab passes to
run-parts, but looking at the man page for run-parts indicates this is
not true.  

     Is this a change in program behavior, or a configuration problem?
The Versions of the programs involved re:
         Sid:
         ii  cron           3.0pl1-73
         ii  debianutils    2.0.4    
         ii  anacron        2.3-7    
         
         Sarge:
         ii  cron           3.0pl1-72
         ii  debianutils    1.16.7   
         ii  anacron        2.3-7    
         
         Woody: 
         ii  cron           3.0pl1-72
         ii  debianutils    1.16     
         ii  anacron        2.3-6    

     I can't find anything in the various changelogs to suggest this
behavior has changed.
