  Description     : The Ada Reference Manual formatting tool.

The Ada Reference Manual is written in a Scribe-like language.
This tool is a translator from this language to HTML, RTF, and plain
text formats.

The license is currently very non-free and not suitable for Debian
(IMHO).  I'm in contact with the author; perhaps relicensing is
possible.

(The package is mostly ready, it just lacks a manpage.  In the unlikely
event that somebody needs it, I'm willing to share.)
