phpGroupWare: stable and experimental.

Hi again,
I think i'll give the stable packaging up for a while (it needs some more
work), but, on the other hand, i've splitted the 0.9.14 source package into
smaller source packages and builded each phpgroupware moudule separately. They
will be part of the next stable release, so i intend to move them to unstable
in few days.

I've uploaded all to experimental, waiting for comments.
