With more documentations translateded, and some are becoming obsolete in
content, we need to address those aspects too in the menu system.

Also if debian-desktop evolves, this may be part of their concern too.

I would appreciate make a summary of previous discussion and add to
ddp-policy draft may help this to proceed.  This CVS is writable by any
Debian Developer.
