New Courier Debian packages

Hello, 

after getting the approvement from the Courier author Sam Varshavchik that he will extend
Courier's copyleft in order to allow linking against OpenSSL [1] I merged all my Courier
packages.

I would like to ask interested people to test the result:

deb[-src] http://debian.cobolt.net/ courier-dev main

Please not that these packages are _untested_ and may hose up your systems.

Any comments and bug reports are appreciated.
