Docbook has been reformulated as XML (and that's the DTD I always use).
I'm pretty sure the Docbook upstream wants to move future Docbook
development to XML. Anyways, the question of SGML versus XML is largely
irrelevant; I just want to know if this "xmltoman" has any feature over
docbook2man.
