We tested the hotplug package in Skolelinux, and experienced that the
installation would hang on some machines when the hotplut packages was
installed. It got stuck in rmmod on some USB-related modules.
Because of this, we dropped the hotplug package from the Skolelinux
default installation.

Is the problem still present?
