Unofficial debian package of Ngspice available

Hi all,

I've just made a Debian package of `ngspice`. For those of you who have
no idea of ngspice: Ngspice is an open-source effort aiming to improve
the capabilities of the original Spice3 circuit simulator originating
from the EECS Department of the University of California at Berkeley
(UCB). You can reach the details from the project's site:

        http://ngspice.sourceforge.net

Due to the license problems of SPICE which was also discussed in the
past threads, only the required files (package.dsc and package.diff) for
building the package have been provided. You can find the mentioned
files along with some other details from the following URL:

        http://www.btae.mam.gov.tr/~genc/ngspice/

Please try it and give some feedback if any problems exist.

Regards,

P.S. I'm not sure about where to announce such unofficial packages.
Apologizes if I've made a mistake...
