Even if their arguments were valid, how do they proceed? They receive
a translated templates file, merge it into master templates file and
remove templates.ll. But there is no need to remove these files, they
could put master and localized files in a debian/debconf/ directory,
and generate debian/templates. This way debian/templates is not
generated at build time without penalty for translators.
