If I count right, there are around 6200 source packages in Debian
(unstable main). That would make a very large homepage, which would
be unusable by many people.
This is even worse than BSD with advertising clause (which is a subset
of your license) and has the same practical problems. See
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/bsd.html for a longer explanation of the
advertising clause problems.
In practical terms for you, it will simply decrease the number of
people willing to use your software, since many will view it as not
worth the hassle. They'll seek other products or write their own.
