I wonder if it now is the right time to create a list
     debian-internal-projects
Reason: There are several common subjects (regarding meta packages in
general, menu system, perhaps debian-installer as you mentioned below).
I'm afraid that discussion about those subjects will be lost in one
of the sub projects internal mailing list or at the other hand that
we bother people on debian-devel with things they are not really
interested.

Opinions?  (I'm not really sure whether it makes more extra effort than
it would help.)
