Only if you are foolish to download executables from it AND run it on a machine
wide open to the net.  My network:

DynamicIP:10.0.0.1 -> 10.0.0.255
                   ^^^ Routing and NEW connections inward are blocked.  Outbound
                       traffic highly restricted and forced through proxy.
