 That means that the orig.tar.gz file is yet in new, waiting for
 aproval. That should also mean that a complete package is there, as
 it is if you look into that dir. For uploading a new package, you have
 to upload a package with an higher version (can be a higher Debian
 revision number, or a different upstream version if you need to
 reupload the orig.tar.gz file for some reason)

 Perhaps you should try to upload a package with version 0.1.1-1, but
 passing the option -sd to dpkg-builpackge, which will exclude the
 .orig. file in the upload.
