About GVD

Hi,

  Some not-yet-debian-developer intends to adopt GVD (the GNU Visual Debugger),
  a graphical debugger written in Ada95 (frontend to gdb), that helps
  debugging C, C++ and Ada95. 
  However, it seems that he doesn't know a word of Ada95.
  It is reasonnable for him to adopt the package?
