Some debian users might live in a free country, should they miss out just
becuase of a stupid American/European/Australian law ?

If there is even one country that its legal in and has a debian mirror
then we should put it there.

Maybe non-US should be renamed to imply something to do with liberty.

Just because its a law doesnt mean its just or fair.
