removing non-us packages now that woody is released

Now that woody is released (hooray!), what is the plan for removing
all the dual packages (eg foo and foo-ssl) that the non-us transition
caused in main. Should we just recompile the original packages with
crypto or what not and submit a bug to ftp.debian.org to have the
other removed. Or should we coordinate a bit more, compile a list, and
submit that to make the ftp admin's job easier?
