SPAM and closing of BTS data: Bug#144456 acknowledged by developer



This is ITP bug.  We already closed this with the first upload.

I looked at BTS web page and WOW.  Some body from China is SPAMing BTS
with a huge MS e-mail which means nothing to me.  I did not get report.
I think BTS may need to be more robust against SPAM.  No MS attachment
and no HTML.  Just bounce those suspicious ones.

I have no idea about Martin Michlmayr <tbm@cyrius.com>.  I do not know
him.  Is he QA?  I remember this bug was closed so unless someone reopen
this bug, no one need to close it.  Does BTS issue these messages even
when duplicate "close" happens?  I do not know.

I will CC this to debian-devel to seethe  opinion of the others.
