Please don't write things like this in package descriptions. It has no
useful meaning and only serves to confuse less clueful
users. Personally I always treat such claims with great suspicion (why
do they feel the need to say it is secure? are they assuming it is
secure and not trying to fix it?[1] are they trying to blindside you
into thinking it is?).
In general I would suggest that people should avoid making any
comments about stability/quality in package descriptions; try to keep
them objective and opinion-free, please.
[1] All software has security holes. Without exception.
