* More people doing ftpmaster work. Developers should not wait more
than one month for trivial bugs against ftp.debian.org to be fixed.
* Users should be able to install all optional packages without conflicts.
* testing distribution for all unreleased architectures (but only those
who will actually be released will be forced to be in sync).
* packages in testing should compile using packages from testing.
* autobuilders run testing, not unstable (to ensure the former).
