Hmm, I don't know.  It was certainly bizarre.  "liquid thing", broken
English, possible korean surname, claimed to have been part of US military,
satellite tracking of individuals.  Clearly not UCE.  Either a very
disturbed individual or a decidedly odd sense of humor.
