Woody will be the first version which has locale-sensible
X terminal emulators (mlterm, eterm (>=0.9.2), rxvt-beta, and
gnome-terminal).  This means that a united binary for various
languages (encodings) including multibyte ones.  Potato didn't
have any such terminal emulators.

However, if bug#143445 won't be fixed, rxvt-beta should be
removed from the list.
