Bug#144046: general: Sections are not finely grained

Well, if each maintainer adds the keywords to his packages (and he at
least knows the packages) this is very little work for each.
Not much more than sections, that is.

And for indexing and selection it even scales better, because it has
less keywords than if you generate them automatically.

So it's less bloat of the indexes and better results at the cost of a
few hundret characters in the Package description and a few minutes of
work per package (that can/should/must be done by the package
maintainer) - which definitely is a pro, as indexing all manually (like
it was done for aptitude) definitely is lot's of work for few persons.

On Yahoo vs. Google: Google heavily uses moderated directories (dmoz
that is for example) for improving it's results. Also google bots need
much more network load and CPU time than yahoo.
Still, everything that IS listed in yahoo is found there easier than it
is found in google usually. (And even google knows only half the web?)

Greetings,
Erich
