The problem is that there are still packages in testing that depend on
libpgsql2.1.  This is removed by and conflicts with libpgsql2 from
postgresql 7.2; so postgresql 7.2 cannot preceed into testing until all
of those packages that depend on libpgsql2.1 have been updated.
