What's this WordNet?  My dictionary references (Oxford English
minidictionary and Macquarie Dictionary, http://www.macquariedictionary.com.au/)
know of no such "publically". They both have publicly.

Yes.  Or if you got bored waiting after 6 months and had nothing better to
do with your time, you could upload the 5MB then.
