You have a package that is used by less than 0.5% of Debian users. lpe
not only has only 9 active users out of the 1880 people that have
popularity contest installed, everything it does is completely redundant
with other editors.
You seem to delight in finding reasons that other people's package
doesn't belong in Debian. Stand up and justify your own, by the same
rules you would apply to someone else's.
