There is hardly any load on the bts anymore. Anthony Towns modified debbugs
to have all its mailed queued in the background, and not sent immediately.
Then, at the end of the run, it kicks exim into sending the mails, but does
that in the background as well.
The faster feedback should not be implemented by closing bugs before the fixes
are available. It is no problem to add additional states to the bts, for this
functionality.
I wish you would have contacted owner@bugs while you were developing this,
instead of just doing it in a vacuum. We can do work on the system, it's not
unmodifiable.
