Resigning my packages

Between my personal life and the politics, I no longer have the energy
to devote to Debian. I only have 2 packages, giflib, which hasn't been
updated in a long time for philosophical reasons, but I couldn't get
enough momentum to get removed, and xscreensaver. Someone please give
them good homes.
