Not the official Debian ones anyway...perhaps the original poster is running
some unofficial package.

AAAA and A6 are two different ways of representing IPv6 addresses in the
DNS. See
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-dnsext-aaaa-a6-01.txt for
some information about the differences between them.
A6 RRs are not widely deployed (even compared to IPv6). I believe they are
supported by bind9, but not by bind8.
