The UK has no definite plans to change currency, the UK pound is not tied to 
the Euro.  So any UKP to Euro conversion would require consulting a financial 
information service such as www.ft.com.

Converting currencies that are tied to the Euro is much easier as the ratio 
never changes, but it's also rather pointless as most of those currencies are 
already out of circulation.
