Problem converting potato to woody.

Hi

Today (actually I'm still in progress) I upgraded my primary
public server to woody, because I really needed a lot updated
and new software.

I encountered this problem:

----
root@chrystal:~# apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

... Damn lot of things that I have missed (stupid me). ...

You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  dnsutils: Depends: bind9-host but it is not installed or
                     host but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.
----

So I installed that package. But how can this happen? Shouldn't apt-get
fix this?

root@chrystal:~# apt-get install bind9-host
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  bind9-host
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 100 not upgraded.
124 packages not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B/74.2kB of archives. After unpacking 160kB will be used.
(Reading database ... 30638 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking bind9-host (from .../bind9-host_1%3a9.2.0-4_i386.deb) ...
Setting up debconf (1.0.22) ...
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
	LANGUAGE = (unset),
	LC_ALL = (unset),
	LANG = "sv_SE"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

Now it seems to work. Which package should I file the bug to?

Regards,

// Ola
