Bug#126708: marked as done (MAKEDEV may not be there.)

MAKEDEV might not exist on devfs enabled systems.
Hence, the postinst should check for /dev/.devfsd..

The postinst bombs out with :

/var/lib/dpkg/info/x86info.postinst: ./MAKEDEV: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing x86info (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
