exim is simply not production quality software. If I were not root on my 
machine there would be no way for me to know whether my mails have gone to my 
mail hub.

Too bad it was also the only one I managed to
 - Use SMTP auth (PLAIN)
 - Send all mails to a mailserver
 - Rewrite addresses

If only sendmail had a more intuitive configuration.
