I see. Kernel-source-2.4.7 gives me:

mme@feivel:/usr/src/kernel-source-2.4.7$ grep -r FIOQSIZE include/|sort
include/asm-arm/ioctls.h:#define FIOQSIZE 0x545E
include/asm-mips/ioctls.h:#define FIOQSIZE 0x667f
include/asm-ppc/ioctls.h:#define FIOQSIZE _IOR('f', 128, loff_t)
include/asm-ppc/termios.h:#define FIOQSIZE _IOR('f', 128, loff_t)
include/asm-s390/ioctls.h:#define FIOQSIZE 0x545E
include/asm-s390x/ioctls.h:#define FIOQSIZE 0x545E

But the big question is, what to do with such a bug, if the maintainer says
it is not a bug at all.
