As I read the spec, alien is sufficient for complience with their
package format requirements.

With the excepts of the things I posted in my other mail, I really don't
see why we can't easily make a package that makes the system it's
installed on LSB compliant, in the real world even.

Hoever, I suspect that third party packagers will find all sorts of ways
to make technically lsb complient packages that are horribly broken in
ways the authors of the lsb never dreamed of. They always do..
