ITP: cman = manpages-zh, Linux manual pages in Chinese

Hereby I announce my after-the-fact Intention To Package (ITP)
of "cman", or Chinese Man Pages, with binary package named
manpages-zh.
The original name "cman" is retained for the source package to give credit
to the Chinese Man Page Project (CMPP), http://www.cmpp.net/
The binary package is named manpages-zh because there are already many
other manpages-?? for other languages, and I like this systematic and
organized naming convention. :-)
Yes, it is already in http://incoming.debian.org/ . Enjoy! :-)
