Noninteractive Installation
Hi.
IIRC one goal for woody is to make non-interactive installations possible, so
package don't asks the user questions when installed/upgraded (and get answers
from a DB or the like). How far is woody away from this goal?
Why do i ask? There are mainly 2 reasons. First i play with the idea to build
a special distribution based on Debian but a very simple installation/upgrade
without any questions asked is essential (ok, 2-4 questions during
installation, but no more). And second i have from time to time to install
some ten clients and i want to get this installation as simple as possible
(all the questions asked with always the same answer justs costs to much
time).
