I had a similar idea some time ago. It would be cool if there is a FAQ
in which everybody can add answers. This FAQ could be sorted by
packages. Every package would get a small FAQ. This FAQ could be added
to the README.Debian.

There need to be some maintainers who remove wrong and duplicated
entries.
