Its better that way.  You can translate the license, it just that the official
court definition of the license is still in american.  Otherwise you would have
to be very carefull that the translation is the same license as the orrigional
one.  

Its very likely that in a translation the translation might have things that
dont exactly mean what the american license means, and then it adds (more)
loopholes
